Limited space is available, no registrations will be taken by mail, phone, e-mail or fax. Lessons & times are limited to the number of instructors available & will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Swimmers must be 4-12 years of age by June 15, 2022. Students may only register for two weeks of lessons. Parents must remain outside the fenced in area during lesson times. Lessons will be held unless it is lightning outside at the time of lessons; a decision will be made in a timely manner and will be posted on Facebook on the City of Iola – Recreation page. Boot Camp2022-06-30T05:30:00Boot camp will consist of a combination of weights, cardio and resistance loops. Mondays and Wednesdays will focus on upper body areas, and Tuesdays and Thursdays will focus on lower body areas. Suggested gear: light weights (5 lbs. or less), water bottle and towel. This Morning Class will be instructed by Megan Cole. Monday-Thursday mornings from 5:30-6:00 AM. All classes will be held at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park. 18 years of age and older may participate. Noon Stretch and Strength Class2022-06-30T12:00:00Low impact group fitness class, using a combination of traditional yoga poses, mobility exercises, core training and breath work. By the end of the session, participants should notice an improvement in mobility and core strength. Students will need a yoga mat for the class; 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, water and towel are suggested.
Sarah Noah will be instructing these classes on Monday and Thursday afternoons from 12:00-1:00 pm.
All classes will be held at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park.

Office May 9-July 1. Passes will not be sold at the pool. Individual Pass (Ages 6-54) $65.00; Individual Pass (Ages 55-64) $55.00; Family Pass $140.00 for 4 members, additional $20.00 per member after 4, for immediate family members only. Discount Admission Tickets available for purchase at the Rec. Office through August 5. Tickets will not be sold at the pool. 10 Tickets for $15.00. Daily Door Admission: Ages 5 & Under, Free, must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 65 & Older, Free. Open Swim, Ages 6-64, $2.00. Night Swim, Ages 6-64, $1.00.
