Year around. Low-impact aerobics class. Monday through Friday mornings, excluding holidays and special events, from 9:00 am-10:00 am. Ages 40 and older may participate. Classes are held in the Little Theater room at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park. Free to participate.
Will not meet on the following dates: November 11, November 28-29, December 5-6, and December 24-January 1.

*Noon Yoga - Build strength, increase flexibility and balance with focused breathing, holding yoga poses, & moving through flows. Students may bring a towel, water and a yoga mat. Yoga block & strap suggested equipment.
Monday & Thursday afternoons beginning November 18, from 12:15-12:45 pm.
Class Dates: November 18, 21 & 25, December 2, 5, 9, 12 & 16.
*All classes will be held in the Little Theater at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park. $30.00 class fee. Give it a try and join us for one class for just $5.00! Register at the Recreation Office prior to the first class, or register with Sarah the first day of class.
All fitness levels welcome. Ages 18 years of age and older may participate. Please see your doctor and bring a medical release for exercise if you’ve been injured or have a medical condition that limits exercise.

Monday and Wednesday evenings, excluding holidays and special events, at the Rec. Building Gym, 500 Park Ave. 6:45-7:45 pm for 17 years old & younger (accompanied by an adult), and 7:45-9:30 pm for 18 years old & older. This is a time for basketball or walking. Please enter the northwest door of the gym.
