SH1FT - HIIT workouts focus on three core areas of fitness: cardio, strength and mobility. SH1FT uses innovative training techniques backed by science to develop workouts that are fun, inclusive and deliver results! The workouts are suitable for any age, any body and any fitness level! Suggested gear: mat and water bottle.
Megan Hageman will be instructing these classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:00-6:30 AM. Class Dates: February 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26 & 28. All classes will be held in the Little Theater at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park. $30.00 class fee. Give it a try and join us for one class for just $5.00! 18 years of age and older may participate. Register at the Recreation Office prior to the first class. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, 5:30 PM, and Sundays at 4:00 PM, at the LaHarpe City Building (Old School). Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 5:45 PM, at Jefferson Elementary School, Iola. Ages 15 and older may participate.
Pickleball is a combination of Ping-Pong, tennis and badminton and has been enjoyed since 1965 by people of all ages. This mini-tennis game is played by 2 or 4 people on a badminton sized court using wood paddle racquets and a plastic, poly baseball with holes.

Monday and Wednesday evenings, excluding holidays and special events, at the Rec. Building Gym, 500 Park Ave. 6:45-7:45 pm for 17 years old & younger (accompanied by an adult), and 7:45-9:30 pm for 18 years old & older. This is a time for basketball or walking. Please enter the northwest door of the gym.
