Transform LIVE delivers a unique workout utilizing a step with a combination of cardio and bodyweight strength-training moves. The class is music-driven and the moves are predesigned to follow the beat; but participants are encouraged to go at their own pace so every person leaves the class feeling a sense of accomplishment. Classes are thirty minutes long. Suggested gear: water bottle and towel. Steps will be provided by the City of Iola. The Morning Class will be instructed by Megan Cole. Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 6:00-6:30 AM.
Class Dates: March 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31 & April 2. $30 class fee. Give it a try! One class just $5.00! All classes will be held in the Little Theater at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park. 18 years of age and older may participate. Register at the Recreation Office prior to the first class, or with Megan the first day of class.

Year around. Low-impact aerobics class. Monday through Friday mornings, excluding holidays and special events, from 9:00 am-10:00 am. Ages 40 and older may participate. Classes are held in the Little Theater room at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park. Free to participate.
Will not meet on the following dates: January 20, February 17, April 10 and May 25.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, 5:30 PM, and Sundays at 4:00 PM, at the LaHarpe City Building (Old School). Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 5:45 PM, at Jefferson Elementary School, Iola. Ages 15 and older may participate.
Pickleball is a combination of Ping-Pong, tennis and badminton and has been enjoyed since 1965 by people of all ages. This mini-tennis game is played by 2 or 4 people on a badminton sized court using wood paddle racquets and a plastic, poly baseball with holes.
