Insanity Live is a cardio-based, total body conditioning program based on the principals of MAX Interval Training. The purpose of MAX Interval training is to push you to your maximum level of exertion, the benefits of which could be: up to 1,000 calories burned during and after class, a more efficient metabolism, a healthier heart, and faster training results. Don’t let the name scare you. Insanity classes are for ALL fitness levels and each move can be modified. If you are looking for a FUN, CHALLENGING class & FASTER RESULTS this could be the perfect class for you. This Saturday Morning Class will be instructed by Megan Cole. Saturday mornings from 8:00-8:30 AM. Class Dates: March 7, 14, 21 & 28. $5.00 per class fee, pay the morning of class! All classes will be held in the Little Theater at the Recreation Building, Riverside Park. 18 years of age and older may participate. Register at the Recreation Office prior to the first class, or with Megan the first day of class.
