GIRLS SOFTBALL: Girls T-Ball League: Girls who will be 3 & will not be 5 before 1-1-21. Junior Pixie League: Girls who will be 5 & will not be 8 before 1-1-21. Pigtail League: Girls who will be 8 & will not be 11 before 1-1-21. Junior Ponytail League: Girls who will be 11 & will not be 14 before 1-1-21. Ponytail League: Girls who will be 14 & will not be 16 before 6-1-21.

This total body, high-intensity program utilizes free weights, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen your core and other major muscles. R.I.P.P.E.D. ™ combines the individual components that give the program its name: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. This program stimulates different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment. No matter your ability, this class is for individuals of all fitness levels. Suggested gear: light weights (5 lbs. or less), water bottle and towel. The class will be instructed by Megan Cole. Monday & Wednesday mornings from 6:00-6:35 AM.
$40 class fee. Give it a try! One class just $5.00! All classes will be held at the Recreation Building. 18 years of age and older may participate. Register at the Recreation Office prior to the first class, or with Megan the first day of class.
April 5, 2021, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Recreation Building - Little Theater
Meets year around. Monday through Friday mornings, excluding holidays and special events, from 9:00-10:00 AM. Ages 40 and older may participate. Classes are held in the Little Theater room at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave. in Riverside Park. Free to participate. This is a low-impact aerobics class. Monday class is Yoga; Tuesday class focuses on balance and strength; Wednesday class is a full workout; Thursday class is Yoga; and Friday class is a cardio work-out. These classes are for all fitness levels and can be modified to each individual’s ability.
Class will not meet on the following dates: April 2 (Holiday); May 31 (Holiday); July 5 (Holiday). Dates may be added to the list throughout the year.
Cancellations: We will announce a canceled class on KIKS Radio Station, and/or call participants with the current contact list we have on file. Find us on Facebook for activity updates and information.
April 5, 2021, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM @ Recreation Building - Gym
Low impact group fitness class, using a combination of traditional yoga poses, mobility exercises, core training and breath work. By the end of the session, participants should notice an improvement in mobility and core strength. Students will need a yoga mat for the class; 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, water and towel are suggested.
Sarah Noah will be instructing these classes on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 12:00-1:00 pm.
Class Dates: March 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 & 31, April 5 & 7.
All classes will be held at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park.
